Synchro was contacted by BJ Services ( Now Baker Hughes) to design and build a facility that would consolidate operations from several remote locations and alleviate crowded conditions in their existing facility. A master plan for the existing property was provided which incorporated the possibility of various changes within their campus over the next decade and would result in the increased number of employees working on the campus from 250 in 1997 to over 500 in 2006. The master plan of this facility would be carried out in three phases to allow Baker Hughes to continue working on the campus as construction was in progress. The phases would include a new engineering building, world distribution center and warehouse facility, test stand building, technology and employee development center, administration building, two guardhouses, and extensive upgrades to the campus infrastructure. This project was completed in 2006
