Synchro was asked to design and build a new global headquarters and laboratory facility for Newpark Drilling Fluids. This facility includes a 105,900 square foot office building, a 3-story parking garage and a park-like campus atmosphere with 2 large ponds, outside wood decks and low maintenance natural grass landscaping. Of the 105,900 building square feet, a 2-story wing of 37,000 square feet is dedicated for their research and development laboratory space. The remainder of the facility houses their management and divisional office space. This project was completed in 2013.
