Synchro was asked to convert a second-level unfinished warehouse space into a frac laboratory for Superior Energy Services, who had recently purchased the BJ Services Tool Testing Facility Expansion at the Aldine Westfield campus that Synchro had designed and constructed. The frac laboratory is  approximately 980 sq ft, has three vent hoods and over 500 linear feet in laboratory casework. This project also includes the addition of a freight elevator that Superior Energy uses to transport materials back and forth from their testing facility located in the back portion of the building. This project was completed in 2011.
