Synchro was asked to design and build a new warehouse and maintenance metal building structure for Hempel USA. The combination 15,000 sf high pile storage area and 3000+ sf maintenance and administrative spaces.  Final grading, interior space finish out, storage rack installation, and wet foam sprinkler system tie-in were incorporated into the construction, beginning in October 2013 and finishing in 2014.
