Within this 105,900 sq ft facility designed and built for Newpark Drilling Fluids, there is approximately 68,900 square feet of office space geared for Newpark’s management and divisional office needs. The interior of the facility was designed to represent their commitment to the environment along with their innovative water based fluid technology. The facility is equipped with a grand two story lobby which features the largest “green wall” in America above a reflecting pond along with a state of the art video display wall to showcase company and product information. It also includes an auditorium space for mass training and presentations, indoor and outdoor dining areas with a catering kitchen, various small scale meeting and training rooms, a large executive conference room and two third floor terraces for executive and customer use. This project was completed in 2013.
