Synchro was asked to complete a prototype design and build an Outpost building for Superior Energy Services that could be replicated and built across the United States where future Superior drilling jobsites were located. The facility has approximately 26,000 sq ft of warehouse and 12,000 sq ft of administration support space that was designed to house multiple subsidiary tenants under the Superior umbrella. The project consists of 30' overhangs on each side, a fabrication shop, an interior recirculating wash bay large enough to house a fully loaded semi-trailer, and paint booth equipment. The facility is set on an 8 acre site. This project was completed in 2012.
