Synchro was asked to design and build a tactical vehicle facility for Stewart & Stevenson. The facility would be used to manufacture and test U.S. Army vehicles on the 50-acre complex. Synchro worked with the owner and the U.S. Army to add a 1.25 mile test track that encircled various testing modules including two vertical sloped tracks and a side slope test. In addition, the existing building was completely modified to become an automated assembly line and component warehouse. A large Electrostatic Pain Building was designed to house specialty equipment and was attached to the existing Assembly Building.
