Size: 72,000 sq ft
Location: Tomball, Texas
Services: Architectural Design, Construction Management, Master Planning
This three story building was a part of Phase III of the Baker Hughes (formerly BJ Services) campus master planning effort. The administration building would provide a common reception area for the campus and all of Baker Hughes customers and visitors, and would also support several other groups from the Baker Hughes corporate office. There are a number of various architectural features from previous phases, such as white plaster façade with metal panel accents, green glass structures highlighting the buildings core and even the curved effects of the TEDC while still having an architectural appeal that can stand alone. The building contains a two story lobby, various sized meeting rooms, a lunchroom with adjoining outside courtyard and kitchen with catering capabilities and a customer conference room and balcony to allow visiting customers to view the campus at a higher level. This project was completed in 2007
