Synchro was asked to convert an office and warehouse lease space into an office and laboratory space for Blue Ribbon Technology. The office space is for Blue Ribbon’s management and has a conference room, expanded restrooms and lunch room. The laboratory space is a Mud Laboratory approximately 1,100 sq ft and acts as their main lab for Blue Ribbon’s quality control of materials. The remaining area is used as a warehouse for shipping and receiving samples and materials. This project was done in phases to allow office management to use the space earlier due to laboratory equipment delivery constraints. This project was completed in 2013.
