Lee Hancock career spans over 40 years of experience in heavy industrial and building construction. He takes an active role in all projects to ensure the company’s high standards of efficacy and value are provided to each client.
Kevin McCreary
Vice President of Architecture
Kevin McCreary, A.I.A., has over 25 years of experience designing project types that include corporate campuses, headquarters, commercial and industrial buildings, specialty facilities, blending plants, testing facilities, laboratories, and warehouses. He is involved with each design-build project from the schematic phase to project turnover. In addition to the design function, Kevin is fundamental to the Synchro quality control program. He is NCARB certified and licensed in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas.
Matt Smith
Vice President of Construction
Matt has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has been employed with Synchro since 1995. He is responsible for estimating, project management, field operations and is directly responsible for corporate safety, quality and training programs at Synchro. Matt also works closely with Design and Project Management performing constructability reviews, developing estimates and performing procurement activities. Matt’s experience includes heavy industrial, commercial, residential, manufacturing, and oil and gas facilities throughout the United States. His extensive experience includes a working knowledge of all building trades.
Nicole Hightower
Vice President of Administration
Nicole has served in various capacities with Synchro since 1999. In recent years, she has been primarily responsible for accounting office management and HSE. She also supports the design group by generating construction documents and reviewing shop drawings.
Cathy Showan
Business Development Manager
Cathy has over 10 years of architectural experience in the commercial building industry. She joined Synchro in April 2013. In addition to her design and construction assistance roles within the company, Cathy is now the marketing lead for Synchro.

Craig Brantley
Design Development / Project Management
Craig has 15 years of experience in facility design, construction, and management. Craig joined the Synchro team one year ago and is the project manager for the design/construction of a chemical blending plant. Prior to joining Synchro, Craig was Synchro’s customer and worked with them on the design/construction of three main projects valued at over $55M. Craig also has 20 years of engineering design, documentation, and management experience.
