Synchro was asked to design and build a 21,000 sf office addition at Hempel USA’s Conroe Facility due to the company’s growth since their original facility was completed in 1999. The tilt-wall office expansion introduced additional space to Hempel’s existing office areas in addition to providing a new lunchroom and a brand new steel framed gym building. This expansion also includes the remodeling of some existing areas to generate a better workflow for the company’s current state.  This project was completed in 2014.
