Synchro was asked to expand the existing Service Tool Testing Facility on Superior Energy's Aldine Westfield Campus. The Service Tool Testing Facility expansion included doubling the number of test cells and shop area needed for testing, a new 10,000 sq ft warehouse building adjacent to the existing facility and constructing a breezeway that would connect the two. The new test cells were built using slip form construction consisting of 12 inch thick, blast resistance walls and a structural concrete roof.  The warehouse addition included a 2-story structure inside a metal building that would provide restroom, locker rooms, break rooms and an office space module for the buildings technicians. This project was completed in 2008.
