Synchro was asked to design and build a new chemical blending, warehouse, and office building for Newpark Drilling Fluids. The new facility consolidates two blending facilities and one distribution warehouse into a centralized location, occupying only 10 acres of the site and allowing room for future expansion. The facility's landscaping includes a recirculating babbling brook, natural trees, and a rainwater pond that is used for landscaping irrigation.
